In order to ensure everyone is having a great time, we have a few rules. So that this party can continue on into the cold oblivion of the end times, and we can continue bringing you the gift of music, please read our list of terms and conditions.

• We have right to withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.

• Don't pirate our music, unless you have a parrot , eyepatch, and a peg leg.
• Hate speech, bullying, and spam are not allowed, unless your name if Toby Maguire.
• If we receive hate speech, bullying, or spam, we may disable your account and cancel any orders.
• If we receive news of piracy, identity theft, or other such crimes, we will take action, Batman style. 
• The word "quirky" is not to be used unless ironically. On our site, it's pretty much illegal.
